that's not bait and switch. that's (what appears to be) an error.
possibly you were signing up for a first year subscription, but afterwards it was found this is not a year subscription for you?

It clearly states I will be charged $29.99 and then bills me much higher. That's the definition of bait and switch.
i disagree, but it doesn't matter what you call it.
It actually does matter to the customers if you're over charging.
