Bait and switch pricing

New Here ,
Apr 20, 2021 Apr 20, 2021

Was told I would be renewing at $29.99 Canadian, only to be charged 50% more instantly.

Full evidence caught on screenshots. Classic bait and switch. Not impressed Adobe. This is illegal.

that's not bait and switch.  that's (what appears to be) an error.

possibly you were signing up for a first year subscription, but afterwards it was found this is not a year subscription for you?

no matter, cancel if you're unhappy with the charge, how to cancel: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

It clearly states I will be charged $29.99 and then bills me much higher. That's the definition of bait and switch.

It actually does matter to the customers if you're over charging.
