Being billed but cant figure out why or how to stop it

So my credit card says I have an Adobe 19.99 monthly charge. I don't see any plans listed on my account so there's no way to stop this online. Short of cancelling my credit card I'm not sure who to contact about this??

Or perhaps you purchased a mobile app from Google Play or Apple Stores.

If the latter, you'll need to contact the mobile app vendor.
