Being charged but dont have access to app

    Every month I'm being charged $22 but I don't actually have access to the After Effects app. It says I'm not paying for it but I absolutely am it's quite aggravating.

 

It's very possible I am in the wrong I just need help.

First, log-in to your Adobe account to confirm your subscription is active and payment details are current. 

https://account.adobe.com/plans

 

If all is correct with your account,

  1. Open Creative Cloud desktop app.
  2. Click your avatar (top right picture)
  3. Click Sign-out.
  4. Reboot computer.
  5. Open CC Desktop App.
  6. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
