Being charged for forgetting to cancel after trial (no usage).

Hi, I forgot to cancel after the trial — it’s been about 1 or 2 months now. I just noticed that I can’t cancel without paying around €130, which feels really unfair. I haven’t used the app at all since the trial ended — I only opened it once. Could you please help me avoid being charged for something I didn’t use?

unfortunately, software subscriptions are like apartment leases: usage isn't a factor.
