Hello,
Currently I'm a graduate student and my program offer's free monthly access to the creative cloud which I use through my educational email address (which is paid through my tuition and does not reflect as a monthly expense on my bank statement). My other personal email account that I used to use creative cloud access hasn't been charged billing or invoice since 2015. However, I have noticed that each month I still get charged $56.30 a month on my debit card for "ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD". I really don't know why I'm being charged this amount and I can't see this as a bill or invoice on any of my accounts. What are my options here?
