Being charged monthly for a plan I can't see or cancel

Hello, I subscribed to an illustrator trial last week knowing I would cancel it. I just wanted to try one feature which I quickly learned wouldn't work for my process.

 

The problem was it didn't show up in my plans or subscriptions and now I just saw that I'm being charged. I need to cancel it but my account says I have no subscription yet I'm being billed.

After a trial for any Adobe software ends and you have card information attached it automatically renews. To view any ongoing plans on your Adobe account go to https://account.adobe.com/plans. Remember, to cancel a subscription you have to pay the Early Termination Fee. If you still cannot see the ongoing plan in your Account Dashboard, contact Adobe Support.
