I got cancelled today over same issue. See attached image.

As soon as you dispute charge with your bank, they'll cancel you.

They'll tell you that you cancelled but won't give you the time cancellation was done.

I was  on an airplane with no internet when my cancellation happened. I'm calling my attorney because I'm about to lose my data.

Not entirely sure I understand. If you dispute a charge, it's usually done to stop payment. If you stop payment you don't cancel a debt, but Adobe do typically respond by cancelling the subscription, which seems to suit most people as it stops the debt increasing. If you stop paying for cloud storage you can expect to lose the storage. What would you expect to happen differently?

Your right about one thing...you don't entirely understand.  [Rude remarks removed by moderator.]

Your paid plan reverted to a FREE plan which means storage capacity dropped to 2GB.  You may need to delete files from your CC storage to meet that quota.  What don't you understand about that?  Also why don't you have backup files stored on your HD or externals?  Just saying...
