Adobe,

My Subscription under e-mail: REMOVED

I need to cancel my subscription immediately and even get a refund for this month which was just charged (last payment) to me but during which I won‘t be using adobe products.

The main issue is that when I am trying to cancel my subscription I am going to be charged 236 euros just for quitting. Your staff is arguing that I didn‘t read the terms and conditions and sent to me a huge (unreadable) document in which I was supposed to spot this sort of fine that you are applying to me. I haven‘t seen a more unfair and disgusting practice in any other company, and especially a top company in the digital industry. Believe me, would you have been clear enough with this type of policies, I would have never contracted with you.

Come on. What is that? Hiding cancelation rates unreadable documents? Hiding it in a promotion? And pretend to charge me for a service/product I won‘t be using anymore? Are you really so unsure of the qualities of your own products and their capacity to generate revenue that you have to apply this disgusting and unfair practice?

Long story short. Please cancel my subscription immediately, with no penalties whatsoever (I really don‘t care about your DISHONEST terms and conditions). I am willing and I am not going to pay you one single dollar more now, and in case you pretend to charge me the quitting penalty, never again will I buy original Adobe software.

Many thanks for your help and I hope you can respond accordingly.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
