ist es möglich bei einem 1-Jahres Abo der Creative Cloud auch das folgende Jahr direkt im Voraus mitzubezahlen? (Bei der ersten Zahlung also gleich 2 Jahre im Voraus zu bezahlen)

I know you can pay for 1 year at a time, I don't know about 2 years

yes, but to make sure things go smoothly, contact adobe support to arrange. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
