I am billing billed 21.88 a month for the last 2 months for products I did not buy . Also I do not have an adobe account under which to cancel any plans.  They appear as Adobe Inc 8008336687 on my Mastercard on the first of the month.  How can I cancel these and get a refund?

Hi there,

We see no subscription under the ID associated with your community account. Try and login to https://account.adobe.com/ with a different email ID you think might be associated with Adobe. Also, please check with your family members if they used your card to purchase any Adobe subscription.

If none of this help, please contact Adobe support: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html or get in touch with your bank for the same.

Hope this helps!

Thanks

To add to @John T Smith 's post: if there are illicit charges, you should also contact law enforcement authorities. Stolen credit card data may not always lead to a follow-up, but not reporting it is, in my eyes, supporting criminals.
