In february I subscribed to a one year student plan with monthly payments. Then I switched to the free temporary at-home access for students, thought the link provided by my college (Santa Monica College). I saw in Adobe FAQ that even if I already had a paying account, it was supposed to suspend my payments for 2 months, at least until the end of May. But I have actually been billed for those months. How can I get a refund?

I did that first but the chat won't open at all. It says that I need to contact an administrator for help and I clicked everywhere to find out where to contact this administrator. I didn't find...
Is there an email address I could find somewhere??

>contact this administrator
That would be your school's computer administrator
