Billing & Charges on Free Trail

Ive been charged after cancellation of free trail of Acrobar Pro. Have been looking to talk to online agent. But cant find any link. Can anyone share online customer service link. 

I did used https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html page but I couldnt find online chat agent. 

Any guidance to connect to customer service is appreciated.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
