Hi, I've been using the Creative cloud subscription since last year and have been making payments using the same credit card each month. Although my card changed last month, I had updated the information in my account and then the amount got cut. But for this month somehow it is prompting a billing issue and telling me to update the payment information which I've done several times now. I can't even access the 'Manage plans' tab as it's prompting me to first update the payment info and then I can access it. Please provide an immediate solutions as this is very troublesome. I tried calling the helpline number '80083 36687' as well but it is out of service. Please HELP!!

So far as I know the help line is still fine. What country are you calling from though?

Also, THIS IS NOT ADOBE. We cannot provide "immediate solutions", we are customers like you. ADOBE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU.  But... you will now be contacted by scammers pretending to be Adobe, who just want your credit card details, Adobe password etc. Be very careful what you post and where!!
