Hello everyone, I have a small but in the long run big problem and I hope you can help me solve it. It happens that I live in Peru and Adobe charges my subscription (in theory) in Peruvian soles. It happens that today when reviewing my account statement I was surprised that the amounts discounted in Adobe payments are higher than those invoiced. I called my bank and they told me that although my Adobe was charged in soles, the charge on the card was made in dollars and that, according to its exchange rate, this increased the charge. And the amount that increases is not little and, in addition, in the long run it turns out to be much more expensive from collection to collection.

They told me that the solution would be for Adobe to invoice me in dollars and the payment is made directly to an account in dollars, but I don't know if there is any way to select in Adobe the currency in which I want to be invoiced, to be able to choose dollars .

I hope there is some solution.

Hola a todos, tengo un pequeño pero a la larga gran problema y espero puedan ayudarme a solucionarlo. Sucede que yo vivo en Perú y Adobe cobra mi suscripción (en teoría) en soles peruanos. Sucede que hoy al revisar mi estado de cuenta me di con la sorpresa de que los montos descontados en los pagos de Adobe son más altos de los facturados. Llamé a mi banco y me indicaron que si bien a mi Adobe me cobraba en soles, el cobro en la tarjeta lo efectuaban en dólares y que, según su tipo de cambio, esto aumentaba el cobro. Y el monto que aumenta no es poco y, además, a la larga me sale muchísimo más caro de cobro en cobro.

Me indicaron que la solución sería que Adobe me facture en dólares y el cobro se realice directamente en una cuenta en dólares, pero no sé si hay alguna forma de seleccionar en Adobe la divisa en la que quiero que se me facture, para poder escoger dólares.

Espero haya alguna solución.
