So my account got suspended, I repaid for my subscription but it is still showing up billing issue on my account, giving me no acess to my photoshop or lightroom apps on my mac. I was charged the full amount via Paypal and have the invoice to confirm that. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Can't seem to find an email address anywhere to contact them directly.

using email to initiate contact will fail. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, <Removed by Moderator>
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

sorry about the problems. (i don't know why there so many service interruptions, but then i see glitches all the time on cnn and msnbc.)
