Hello,
I subscribed to an annual Creative Cloud subscription at €19.50 per month since february 9, 2025 - command AE03544600142EFR.
However, I notice that every month, Adobe charges €19.50 twice on the same date,
CB ADOBE *ADOBE 09/02/25
044-207-3650 EUR 19,50
CBLM DAVID SEVE
and
CB Adobe 09/02/25
Saggart, Dubl EUR 19,50
CBLM DAVID SEVE
or €39. per month, from my bank account, even though I only subscribed to one subscription.
Is this normal? How can I get Adobe to charge only €19.50 per month? Can I be refunded for the excess amount that has been charged since February 2025?

check your account to see if you have an app and a stock subscription. ie, two different subscriptions,
what's your account show, https://account.adobe.com

@j_4217, thanks for posting about your duplicate subscription to this public discussion forum. I only see one active subscription under the account you used to make your public post.
If you purchased a second plan on a different account, then make sure to complete the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to cancel the plan if it is a duplicate.

I didn't purchased a second plan on a different...Please help me to avoid double billing every month, or I had to cancel my subscription...Thanks in advance

J_4217, are you also paying for a plan through your school? If so, then you should cancel the plan under the account you are using to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/4hQ4VyE for information on how to cancel your current plan. It has only been active for over a month, so this could be the source of your extra charge. ^JW
