you need to cancel asap to avoid a penalty, if you took the annual subscription paid monthly trial.
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

if you're within 7 days of your trial date, no charge. if you're past the 7 day trial, but cancel before the 14 day mark, you'll be refunded.
there's no upside to delaying unless you want a paid subscription.

Ok thank you and I am sorry if this is silly question but I was thinking as the day is still not over yet so the transaction might be processed till night and I will cancel tommorow as it will still be within 14 days. Or is this not possible as invoice is already visible. Thank you for your patiance

you probably can wait, but if you're awake, why risk it. it takes less time to cancel (follow the steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html) than you've already spent posting here. and giving yourself extra time, in case you encounter a problem is prudent.

great!
now, check your account to confirm, https://account.adobe.com
it should show the cancellation. take a screenshot and save it, just in case.
and you should have a confirmation email (possibly in a spam folder) showing you canceled. save it, too.

Hey it is showing no plans in account and also got mail from creative cloud but I wanted to ask if I try to buy again the sub, should I use different card or bank. I mean was that the issue

i don't know that there was an issue. ie, with a billing issue, you would see an explicit message stating there was a billing issue that needed to be fixed. furthermore, if there were an issue you would not have been able to cancel until the issue was resolved.
and fyi, you only get one free trial. so, if you were to try and start another trial, you would be billed immediately and your subscription would start immediately. you would still have 7 days to cancel and be eligible for a full refund. after those 7 days, cancellation of an annual plan paid monthly would trigger a financial penalty.

Hey there, I just wanted to inform that today I got the message from bank that payment from adobe is due for tommorow that is 7th march but I already cancelled the subscription yesterday so now what do I do, will the money first be deducted and refunded or can you restart my subscription

Or can you not just cancel the transaction from your side

if the money is paid, you'll be eligible for a refund. first, wait for the money to be in adobe's hands. then, to request a refund repost here and we'll start that process. you will waste your time and be unsuccessful if you start the request to adobe showing the money on their side.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
