Cancelled plan, got hit with an unanticipated cancellation bill (Thanks Adobe, good way to guarantee I'll never come back).
Was in the process of changing payment card as previous had expired.
Received email stating that my payment had failed.
However, on viewing invoice, it looks like it is paid and looks the same as all previous invoices (which were paid) look the exact same.
How do I contact Adobe billing? Replying to their email notification of failed payment bounced.
Adobe screen name is williamh51203093 and it'd be great if a rep from Adobe accounts would contact me. Have sat on online chat for 30 mins w no response.
