Billing issues with Virtual Account

I've been encountered billing issues

 

I live in Indonesia and I need to pay the photography monthly plan by using virtual account. But it always error, it said like picture bellowBilling issue with using Virtual Account 200kBilling issue with using Virtual Account 200kI've tried 3 bills, 135k, 150k, and 200k. They're failed somehow. Is there an issue from adobe web or something that I cannot manage the payment?
