In my account I get a message saying that there is a billing problem. If I update the payment method and activate that I have read the mandate notice, the error remains. I have also tried other accounts/cards. The error still exists. I had this a few years ago. It could only be solved by an employee. But it is not possible to reach one.

Thanks for writing in. I checked your account details and I can see that all payments are clear and the subscription is active. Could you sign out of your Creative Cloud app and sign back in. Let us know if you still see the same message.
