Billing with multiple emails

New Here ,
Feb 07, 2025 Feb 07, 2025

I was notified by text that I would be billed over $400 dollars for a plan. I hit the link and went to my account. No subscriptions. Then I checked other emails: no account and ended up making new ones because it goes straight to password on 3/4 emails. I can't find any way to talk to a real person and chat is more than frustrating. HELP ME!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Sylvia, I am sorry, but I don't see any active memberships or subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. You can find information on how to cancel most Adobe plans and subscriptions at https://adobe.ly/3WRTG0Z. You will need to be logged in under the account with the active plan in order to manage it. ^JW
