Guten Tag,

 

wir haben für einen Mitarbeiter über die IT-Abteilung ein Abo für Adobe Acrobat abgeschlossen. Leider hat die IT keine oder falsche Rechnungsdaten hinterlegt, so dass die Rechnung ohne Adresse an eine natürliche Person und nicht an die Firma gestellt wurde. Als Unternehmen können wir das so nicht in die Buchhaltung geben.  Ich habe die Firmendaten nun korrekt eingegeben und bitte um Korrektur der Rechnung, damit wir sie auch umsatzsteuerlich richtig verbuchen können.

Ich bitte um schnelle Rückmeldung und/oder Korrektur der Rechnung mit den aktuellen Firmendaten. Vielen Dank!

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, it appears that you have an active individual Acrobat Pro subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post your query. Could you kindly confirm if this is the subscription you need assistance with? 

 

If the issue involves another subscription provided by your IT department through an Enterprise or Team plan, please request your administrator to submit a support case via the Adobe Admin Console for invoice assistance.
