Boa tarde! Recebi uma cobrança em meu cartão de crédito de uma assinatura com vocês que eu não fiz, eu selecionei a opção apenas dos dias grátis e vocês automaticamente colocaram uma assinatura que eu não fiz. Desejo o cancelamento da cobrança por gentileza.

The only active membership under the account is managed by Apple. Please manage your memberships on your iOS or Apple device if you want to cancel the service you activated.  ^JW

No, but because you purchased from the App Store you will need to contact Apple. Adobe did not process your payment. Apple did.
