What a bummer......I purchased Elements 2022 on Aug 24, and I get an email today (9/30) introducing Elements 2023.

ouch, you're just outside the 30 day return period.

but do contact support asap.  if they can still sell you something (eg, 2023 version), i think they're more likely to bend the rules and accept the 2022 return.
