Hey,
Today I just bought year-annual creative cloud plan, but I just found I bought it in wrong email address and that email address does not have an adobe account.
I already received my credit card bill, how can I refund it?
correct that, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted

Hi kglad,
Big Thanks for your help.
But I just found that I still can't find the wrong email address that I used for registration.
The only information is my paying credit card and its bill, because I don't remember specific of my wrong typed email.
