Buying a Creative Cloud Package but cannot choose what option we want for home school

Hi everyone,

 

I hope you can help us since we have no idea what to do. My brother is a student who is schooled through a home tutor due to an illness known as ME/CFS. We have been given the go ahead after ages of negotiation to buy this package from Adobe.

 

When buying the package (the year long one not monthly) we have to input a school and it can only be one on Adobe's list, there is no chocie for home tutor. We can only get the STUDENT package and not any other. We rang Adobe support about this issue through the phone after long wait times and also through live chat although it seemed non-trustworthy so we didn't go with that option.

On the phone they told us we would have to provide proof of the home tutor and of how my brother is being tutoed, they said senidng an invoice over email would suffice. 

 

What do we do in this situation to get to the next part of payment?
