Buying adobe cloud license in one country and gonna use in different country

Hello,

I am planning to buy Adobe creative cloud  in Europe (Currently i am working in Europe project) but after the pandemic i may move back to India (my Base country). 

Plan:Annual plan paid Monthly  so, i am gonna use Europe (Debit card) now and after few months i may use Indian card. Could you please guide me here do we have option to change card details in future? And does region wise plan price differ?
