cómo solicitar reembolso?

Adquirí la prueba gratuita de 7 días de Ilustrator y al 8vo día me cobro el cargo mensual y lo cancelé el mismo día, pero no me han reembolsado el dinero. Alguien sabe qué pasos debo seguir para solicitar el reembolso? Intente consultando al asistente virtual pero es pésimo y no hay números de contacto.

if you see anything amiss, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
