Adquirí la prueba gratuita de 7 días de Ilustrator y al 8vo día me cobro el cargo mensual y lo cancelé el mismo día, pero no me han reembolsado el dinero. Alguien sabe qué pasos debo seguir para solicitar el reembolso? Intente consultando al asistente virtual pero es pésimo y no hay números de contacto.
