Imagine you are sitting in you studio apartment and you are very poor. You look at your bank account and realize you are negative in balance. You look what could have possibly done this. It appears to be an annual renewal charge of $400 dollars for adobe creative cloud services which you no longer use. But all good you check online and you have resubbed 7 days ago so you are eligible for a full refund as it has not been 14 days. So you chat with a nice fellow that decides that you actually have subscribed back in 2019 so you aren't eligible for any money back.. you end the chat to call. You call and are on hold for 8 mins and get hung up on. You call again and after 10 minutes of being on hold you decide to start another online chat. The online chat seems to be going well. The person offer to help.. It's off to a good start. Still on hold but at least this new chatter is willing to help. The call hangs up after 21 minutes of being on hold. But not to worry it still seems Anand is looking out for you... But wait radio silence.. He was going to help... he was going to solve all your issues... "Anand has left the conversation"

 

This is my life. But not to worry your last resort is to post on a form in hopes that someone will eventually see it. Hello? is anyone there?
