Cambiar mi plan a uno + económico URGENTE

Hola, necesito cambiar mi plan de Creative Cloud a uno más económico, y al seleccionarlo me indica error. Necesito cambiarlo de manera urgente. Alguien sabe? Gracias.

Are you trying to change the plan through teh steps as in the page below:

If so, what is the error you're seeing?

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that you have Adobe Photoshop's annual subscription with monthly payment. Have you tried the steps listed in the article shared by the expert above?
