This question is about how different creative cloud users can interact on a project.
I work exclusively for a small publisher, but this publisher also works with indipendent contract layout artists. We are looking at using Creative Cloud to solve issues with copying design files between people, which sometimes leads to the wrong versions being used.
The hope is that by using creative cloud, we can have a single file that is cloud accessible that editors, designers, and producers can work on in collaboration.
The challenge are those outside freelancers. They generally have their own software licenses and may only work on a project for a week or a month, so it doesn't make sence for us to have permanent seats for them in our license. So if a freelancer has their own personal cloud plan, can they use their licensed version of Indesign etc... to access the projects we maintain in our company Creative Cloud account? Or do we have to pay for a seat for them, then cancel it, or give them access to a permanent seat that we re-assign whenever we have a new freelancer?
Thanks for your help!
