I opened an Adobe Creative Suite when I lived in the UK and am being charged on my UK card in GBP. Now in Australia, when I went to trial the AI product, I appear to have created a whole new Creative Suite subscription under my new email address. Basically I am paying for the same product twice and when I go to cancel one of them tell me I need to 'pay the contract out'.
Can someone tell me how I can speak to an actual agent? I can't find that function...
