Can I change a 1 year subscription without additional costs?

Hi, I have a 1 year subscription for Photoshop / Lightroom bundle. Prepaid. In Germany. Can I change to Lightroom / 1 TB bundle without additional costs? Will the new bundle just continue where the old bundle ends? Both bundles cost the same but prepaid cards for 1 year are separately available.
