Can not cancel Lighroom Premium on Android

I do not recall signing up for Lightroom premium, but today the app says I only have 1 day left on my trial before I get charged.

I do not have any subscriptions in Play Store for this and I do not have any paid subscriptions when I check my Adobe Account in the browser

How can I resolve this?
