I have try to cancel an adobe subscription account which my daugther use and was charge to my credit card for many years. I thought I have already cancel the plan but it seem that it is still on going. I have try many time and there was not cancel button on my account page. Adobe help page only said the only option is that there might be a problem and to wait. So far nothing change. Is there a number I can call or an support email I can sent to ask them to cancel my subscription?
