Can't apply for free trial

New Here ,
May 27, 2025 May 27, 2025

I have attempted to try the free trial for Adobe InCopy and every time I go to check out, it says there was a problem with my payment information. I've tried 3 separate cards (that each go through separate banks), I've checked the information (it's all up to date), I've tried to download in the app and also in the browser, and I also have done this on two different days, as well as having done so after restarting my computer. I need this application for 5 seconds, and I can't even download it for that long. Apparently this is the only way that you can get support anymore as well, and you can't even contact Adobe directly?? Wondering if anyone has had this issue themselves and if so how to fix it.

try using a different browser to start your trial.  a mobile's browser with wifi disabled is the most likely to succeed.

Hi @Edward39010733cr45,

Sorry for the trouble. I can see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Indesign. Did you try downloading trial for any other CC app? Also, please confirm if following the suggestion given by @kglad helped?

Looking forward to your response.
