Hi, I have been paying £19.97 for 2 years now because I can't cancel a subscription that Adobe says I don't have!!! There is no one to speak to, online chat is useless and I can't cancel at my bank as it's not a direct debit! Adobe is an absolute con and should be ashamed for making it impossible to cancel it! I could use that money for other things and I'm very annoyed that it's costing me every month for something I don't use!

You can chat with a person using the online chat. Type AGENT in the window and it will connect you to a human. Other options to connect would be
