Can't cancel my plan, I have a duplicate.

In my adobe account I have the same plan twice. I just need one plan so I want to cancel the other but it wont let me because it says that I need to contact support and support is not available.
So I'm stuck paying twice for the same plan that. I'm pretty sure it was an accident on my part from a few months ago and just now I noticed it.
