I wanted to try out photoshop before I bought a plan and used it for school so I got the trial and it didn't work. When I went to my account to cancel my payment and plan I couldn't find my plan or my payment. I thought it cancelled automatecly since the trial didn't work but I look through my emails and see a payment fail from adobe. It said I have a past due payment but I never even had the chance to use the app or cancel the payment. Now I can't update or cancel my payment or plan. I don't know what to do and my billing information is in the US and I'm on vaction in Europe so I don't know if I got any mail from adobe.
