Hello. I am trying to cancel my plan, but when I click "cancel plan," I am redirected to a sign-in loop (When I sign in, it redirects me again to sign in.) How can I fix this?
This is on the web, NOT the app. I tried both Chrome and Firefox, and they have the same problem. I tried signing out and in again, which also didn't work.

Since time is of essence while cancelling, I suggest you contact support for the cancellation rather than wasting time on this issue. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
