Can’t cancel subscription

I have been getting charged monthly for adobe acrobat and when I went to cancel my subscription it says I have no subscription. I've checked on desktop and mobile but for some reason it says I'm not even a member. Is there a way someone can cancel my account? Or am I doing something wrong?

The email address (Adobe ID) you used to sign in to the community is associated with an Acrobat Pro license/subscription. It is also linked to an Enterprise account (Federated ID), meaning it belongs to your organization.

If you are signed in to the app or the Adobe website using your Enterprise ID, you may not see any license or subscription associated with your personal account.
