I had to switch phones recently, and I logged in Lightroom on my new phone and tried to Restore Purchase, but it kept telling me that I don't have any previous purchases. I went to the Galaxy Store where I saw that I had an ongoing subscription, and I decided to deactivate it and start from scratch. Sadly now, I get an error message telling me that "Couldn't complete purchase. Already purchased. Error code: IS9224/6050/VbZkMJABQe" Another message I get is "Unable to process purchase. The Galaxy Store was unable to process your purchase at the moment"
Can anyone help?
