Can't Publish Adobe Portfolio

I want to publish my Adobe Portfolio. The previous plan was a package of Portfolio, Photoshop and Lightroom. However, yesterday when I went to buy it, the upgrade option was Adobe Portfolio and Behance, which I do not want, and even if I did want it, it does not allow me, stating that something went wrong and I need to refresh. No matter how many times I do, nothing changes. What can I do to fix it? I want to publish my website and preferably with the original plan, with Photoshop included.

contact adobe support if you're having difficulty purchasing a plan.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representa
