I bought a LaCie hard drive and it came with 1 Month free subscription to Adobe Creative Suite All Applications + Adobe Stock code that I redeemed.

I canceled my plan 2-3 days before the free month expired. And it worked until the expiration date.

But now I want to buy a new plan only with the 20 GB photo package. It keeps telling me that this plan (20GB photography plan) is already active as a part of the previous All Apps plan, and it won't let me complete the purchase.

When I check the plans that I have active, the All Apps plan no longer exists and there are only two; Free Creative Cloud and Free Document Cloud.

I've tried to Update those plans, uninstall the apps, even delete keys from Mac but having no luck.

Create a new Adobe ID with a different e-mail address and password.  Then you should have no trouble purchasing the Photography Plan.

I was thinking about creating a new Adobe ID as the last option because I have many photos on the Cloud and I'd like to not lose them.

When you canceled your service what did you think would happen to your cloud stored files?  Cancelled is cancelled.

I still have access to that files, I thought I could cancel that plan and then purchase another different subscription with the same Cloud fees and the same Adobe ID.

Just cancel All Applications plan and get the Photography plan because I only need Lightroom and Photoshop.

I hope you have a backup, if not create one very soon.
