Can’t reach anyone

I can't reach anyone at adobe. I can't find any direct chat and even on the support page the contact us bubble doesn't appear. I need to solve a problem with the subscription and have no way to get help. Please someone guide me.

Why am I being charged another fee when I only signed up for a 7 day free trial to begin with. This is the 2nd charge I have gotten and I sent an email cancelling the 7 day free trial and have called at least 3 times only to be hung up on all three times. I want these 2 charges taken off and the plan to be cancelled. I am requesting that the price of the 2 charges be refunded to my card. They were $16.23 each.
