Can’t restore purchase

Hello, I can not restore subscription for my photoshop app on iPad , although in my settings I do have subscription until next month ,, it is just showing the loading circle then it says try again later,,, can anyone help with that ,, I have signed with my apple account,,,, 

thanks .
