Can't see Plan cancel

Hello guys!

 

After purchased PS monthly plan, I just noticed got the wrong decision. I should have checked Pr instead of PS. So I have been waiting since payment was done according to Adobe support community. but after 2days later I still couldn't find plan cancel tab.

What is wrong?

Since you have Purchased Photoshop instead of Premiere Pro, you may still contact Adobe Support Team and they can help you Cancel the incorrect product and place the correct Order.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
