I lost access to the email that I was using to access Adobe Podcast. I can't sign in without accessing the email. I think I had a free trial going with my account and now I can't cancel it. What do I do? The AI chat won't help me without an active plan. I can't access the account with the plan. Feel like I am just stuck in a loop with zero help. Do I need to cancel the entire card I used on my account? This is so frustrating.

EK, I'm sorry you're blocked from reaching us. The message about needing an active plan to reach us often occurs when a computer is blocked from accessing Adobe applications and services.

Are you trying to reset the password for the account that has the Adobe Podcast plan? If so, see https://adobe.ly/4gJaejy for information on how to do so.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address and cannot regain access, then you will need to use a different device to reach us. Please click on https://adobe.ly/409NFx8 to chat in a secure environment so that the source of the charges can be located. If you are unable to contact a person, then use a mobile device or ask someone locally to help you establish the chat session. ^JW

I tried using my phone with a new email and I got the same message, "To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan." 😞

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Sort of getting the sense I'll either need to to tweet their support or subscribe in some way to get anywhere with this...I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
