"access required"

"This count does not have required access to a sync storage location. Please sign in with a different account"

Read https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html for the program(s) you want to use

correct, you're trying to use ai mobile on ipad.

did you check your account?

if yes, does it show your ai mobile subscription?

if yes and yes, did you sign out and in (using the same adobe id used to confirm your subscription) on your ipad's cc app?

Just checking, you do realise that an iPad can't run Windows or Mac apps? Only what is in the App Store.
