Can't Sign Out of Creative Cloud?

Hello all,

Somebody needed to use my PC for their adobe needs, and now when I'm trying to sign back into my own account, the sign out button in creative cloud is greyed out? Does anybody know another way to sign out of creative cloud, or at least a way to get around this? Thanks in advance.

Did you let them use your cloud account, or did they log in and install their account

 

If the 2nd, did they properly log out when they were done?

 

You MAY need to use the https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs and then do a fresh install
